Local Kiwi

Some days are pure magic. Today was one. We started with true coastal exploring… over the beds of squishy seaweed, under the tree… clamber over some boulders…

And back for a kiwi snack. Did you know kiwi grows amazingly well locally? I had NO IDEA! How come it is always sold to us from New Zealand? Kurt’s Aunt Georgia gifted us a huge bag of local kiwi at Christmas. They keep really well and they have been scrumptious:
